Designed to make changing the Windows system colors easier which may suit those with specific learning difficulties including dyslexia.

It can also be helpful for certain visual impairments or just to suit user preferences especially when colors need to be changed on the fly and the user wishes to have them on the odd occasions rather than permanently set-up. The software is mouse and keyboard accessible.
